Mr. Margalit brings 15 years of advanced medical device R&D expertise, with exceptional strength in transforming innovative concepts into manufacturable products. His comprehensive technical background in electromechanical systems design, sensor integration combined with proven leadership in medical device development, positions him perfectly to drive iRen Medical’s technological advancement and manufacturing excellence.

Additional Background

Prior to joining iRen Medical, Mr. Margalit served as CEO and Co-Founder of Omeq Medical, where he led R&D efforts resulting in the FDA-cleared EpiFinder device that assists physicians in performing epidural injections. He has also provided strategic R&D consulting to numerous medical device startups and held technical position at EndyMed, implementing novel RF-based medical technologies.

Mr. Margalit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and served as an officer in the Israeli Navy.
